PFL Challenger Series 2023: Week 4 takes place on Friday, February 17 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. The offshore sportsbooks recently opened up the betting odds for the event, and MMAOB staff writer Adam Martin takes a look at the opening odds below.

Here are my quick thoughts on PFL Challenger Series 2023: Week 4:
- The main event of this card features Elvin Espinoza against Damir Ferhatbegovic in a lightweight bout. Espinoza is a perfect 7-0 as a pro with six of those wins coming by way of stoppage. He fought twice in PFL last year, winning both of his fights, and now he’ll be looking to win a contract with the promotion with a win at this event. His opponent, Ferhatbegovic, is unbeaten over his last four fights and he picked up a win in PFL last year as well. This should be a great fight between two prospects, but it’s hard to go against the unbeaten Espinoza.
- Also in lightweight action, Manoel Sousa takes on Paulo Henrique. Sousa is a perfect 9-0 as a pro and he is coming off two straight wins in CFFC, which is a very good regional promotion. All nine of his wins have come by stoppage since he turned pro back in 2019, and the 25-year-old Brazilian looks like he could have a bright future for PFL. As for Henrique, he has been a pro since 2018 and he enters this fight off of a two-fight win streak. That being said, he does have several losses on his resume, so he’s not undefeated like his opponent. He does look like he could be a solid fighter, but he’s also taking on a very tough opponent, which is why he’s the underdog in this fight.
