Here are my initial thoughts on the Opening Odds for LFA 133:
- The main event of LFA 133 sees Jose Delano taking on Michael Stack for the vacant LFA featherweight championship. Delano has won his last nine fights in a row including an upset win over Jonas Bilharinho in his last outing. As for Stack, he is an LFA veteran who has won his last three fights in the promotion, with his only loss as a pro coming against former UFC fighter Kai Kamaka III. This should be a very good fight between two young featherweights on the rise, but with Delano coming off of such a big win in his last fight, he opened the favorite.
- The co-main event is a welterweight bout between Haris Talundzic and Bahatebole Batebolati. Talundzic is a perfect 4-0 as a pro with his last three wins coming under the LFA banner. As for Batebolati, he is a top prospect from China who is making his North American debut with this fight. Although Batebolati seems like a solid prospect, it’s hard to get a gauge on how good he truly is given his competition to this point has not been great. Given he has more experience in LFA, it makes sense that Talundzic opened as the favorite.
