Here are my initial thoughts on the Opening Odds for LFA 132:
- The main event of LFA 132 features Brazilian lightweights Italo Gomes and Melquizael Costa. Gomes is just 26 years old and he is a veteran of notable Brazilian MMA promotions Jungle Fight and Future FC. He turned pro in 2016 and since then he has gone 10-2, with the majority of his victories coming by way of submission. He is riding a two-fight win streak into this fight, which marks his official LFA debut. As for Costa, he is just 25 years old and he has already racked up a wealth of experience with a 17-4 record. Costa has won his last five fights in a row heading into his LFA debut, and the majority of his wins have also come by stoppage. This should be a good fight, and the oddsmakers opened up Costa as the betting favorite here.
- As for the co-main event, it features bantamweights Luan Luiz Lacerda and Marciley Alves. Lacerda is 11-1 and he has won his last nine fights in a row, including his last fight for LFA. As for Alves, he is 9-2 and he is coming off of two wins in Jungle Fight, a promotion he has lots of experience fighting for. In this fight, you have to favor the LFA veteran Lacerda to get the win.
