Here are my initial thoughts on the Opening Odds for LFA 130:
- The main event of LFA 130 is a middleweight bout between Mariusz Ksiazkiewicz and Alessandro Gambulino. Ksiazkiewicz fought on Dana White’s Contender Series back in 2020 and lost a split decision to Mario Sousa. Since then, he’s fought once, picking up a knockout win under the Unified MMA banner. He has been a pro for over 10 years and he has always been close to making the UFC but just falling short. In this fight, he takes on Gambulino. The Brazilian has won his last three fights in a row and in his career, he has fought for notable promotions such as Future MMA, Jungle Fight, Brave CF, and XFC. That being said, he doesn’t have any notable victories despite his vast experience. Ksiazkiewicz opened up as the clear favorite in this fight and there is no reason to think he won’t be able to get the win.
- In the co-main event, unbeaten women’s strawweight fighter Marnic Mann takes on Kelsey Arnesen. Mann is a perfect 4-0 in MMA with all of her wins coming by stoppage, including a submission win in her last fight in LFA. As for Arnesen, she lost to current UFC fighter Tabatha Ricci in her LFA debut in 2020 before knocking out Brittany Camozzi in LFA in her last fight. Mann is the favorite due to her unbeaten record, but Arnesen is better than the odds suggest.
