In the co-main event of the evening, Miguel Baeza outstruck Takashi Sato on the feet, then put him away with an arm triangle on the ground in the second round. Baeza was a -210 betting favorite while Sato was +180
Gina Mazany controlled the fight on the feet and avoided extended periods of bad ground position against Rachel Ostovich, eventually hurting Ostovich badly with a body kick and then finishing her with another body kick. Mazany was -185, while Ostovich was +160
Su Mudaerji made quick work of Malcolm Gordon, landing a series of heavy left hands to drop him and finish him in less than a minute. Mudaerji was -365 while Gordon was +300
Underdogs that Won
Parker Porter and Josh Parisian put on one of the most entertaining three-round heavyweight fights in UFC history, setting a record for strikes landed as Porter bounced back to pick up his first UFC win and score an upset decision victory. Porter was +195 dog while Parisian was -225
Bill Algeo was in complete control against Spike Carlyle, avoiding ground exchanges and dominating on the feet to earn a clear-cut decision victory. Algeo was +150 while Carlyle was -170
Norma Dumont bounced back in a big way against Ashlee Evans-Smith, completely destroying Evans-Smith over the course of three rounds to win the most lopsided decision of the night. Dumont was +120 while Evans-Smith was -140
Kai Kamaka won the first round against Jonathan Pearce, but he ran out of steam and Pearce took over in round two, eventually pounding Kamaka out to score a second round TKO victory. Pearce was +228 while Kamaka was -268
Anderson dos Santos picked up his first UFC win by securing a late first round guillotine choke against Martin Day to score a submission stoppage. Dos Santos was a +150 underdog while Day was -170
In the opening bout of the evening, Luke Sanders appeared to be cruising to a victory against Nate Maness, but Maness clipped him with a left hook, then pounced with a rear naked choke to force a second round submission. Maness was +140 while Sanders was -160.
