In the main event of the evening, Alistair Overeem weathered the early storm from Augusto Sakai, then wore Sakai down with some late round takedowns and ground and pound. Overeem battered Sakai to finish the fourth round, then put him away early in the fifth round with brutal elbows on the canvas. Overeem was victorious as a -165 favorite while Sakai was +145
Michel Pereira outstruck Zalim Imadaev for two full rounds, then he slammed Imadaev and jumped on his back with a rear naked choke to earn a third round submission victory. Pereira was a -150 favorite. Imadaev was +130
Brian Kelleher took less than a minute to latch onto a guillotine choke and submit late replacement opponent Ray Rodriguez in the first round. Kelleher was -350. Rodriguez was +295
Viviane Araujo battered Montano De La Rosa over the course of three rounds, utilizing her superior striking and keeping the grappler upright to earn a one-sided unanimous decision. Araujo was -180 while De La Rosa was +155
In the opening bout of the evening, Hunter Azure won the first two rounds before fading in the third round against Cole Smith. Smith rallied, but wasn’t able to secure a finish or score a 10-8 round, so Azure won the unanimous decision. Azure was a -260 favorite while Smith was +220
Underdogs that Won
Ovince St. Preux outworked Alonzo Menifield, surviving some early blitzes, then blasted Menifield with a beautiful left hook to put him out cold. St. Preux was +130, Menifield was -150
Andre Muniz attempted a guillotine against Bartosz Fabinski, then transitioned to an armbar from bottom position to force a first round tapout. Muniz was a +125 dog while Fabinski was -145
