Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series Season 3 Episode 2 took place Tuesday, June 25, 2019.The card was headlined by a light heavyweight fight between Alton Cunningham and Tony Johnson.

Miles Johns had Richie Santiago hurt multiple times, but Santiago’s durability prevented this fight ending early. Johns dominated the entire fight to win an easy decision over Santiago. Johns closed the biggest favorite on the card at -1250. Santiago closed +775. With the impressive performance, it was no surprise that Johns received a UFC contract

Victor Reyna tested the undefeated Miguel Baeza, but it wasn’t meant to be as Baeza landed the more impactful punches to earn a unanimous decision win. Baeza closed -435 with the return on Reyna +362. Baeza’s high effort victory was rewarded with a UFC contract

 

Underdogs that Won

Tony Johnson hurt Alton Cunningham in round one and was able to land against the cage later in the bout despite being controlled in those positions to win a surprise decision. Johnson closed +450 while Cunningham closed -556
