UFC Fight Night 32’s Dan Henderson: ‘I don’t care what Vitor’s on, I’ll beat him up’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 32 light heavyweight Dan Henderson as he prepares for his headlining bout on Saturday night (Nov. 9, 2013) against Vitor Belfort at Goiânia Arena in Goiânia, Brazil.

The former multi-division Pride champion and Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion is getting up there in years, but he still has plenty of fight left in him. He has no issue with any of the TRT-related talk circling his upcoming opponent.

“It doesn’t matter. I’m gonna beat [Vitor] up no matter what. I don’t care what he’s on… He’s gonna come at me a little bit. He’s not gonna stand back and run away the whole time, stop and punch and kick me every once in a while like Lyoto did. He’s actually gonna fight me. He’s very quick, moves his feet and he’s more patient than he used to be so that makes him more dangerous. He added some kicks in his game as well. All in all, he’s an explosive striker with some power but I don’t think he does anything spectacular or different than anything I’ve seen.”
