Colby Covington Wins By Unanimous Decision: (+150)
Colby Covington has become one of the most polarizing figures in MMA in quite some time. And if you were just a casual fan who tunes in every once in a blue moon you would think he cannot fight based on his antics and somewhat cringe-worthy talking points but, the guy can fight. He can fight really well and the motor that powers it all is really second-to-none.
Covington’s size, power, and ability to push forward with volume and takedowns should have him breaking the will of Masvidal midway through the fight. I am not particularly expecting a finish as ‘Chaos’ Covington will play it safe with control and some ground and pound here and there to make sure it stays on the canvas. Covington might have some resistance from Masvidal early on when he is fresh and can fend off takedowns easier but once Covington steps up the pace, volume, and amount of takedowns it will come easier and more often – leading to a one-sided victory for Colby Covington.
