Two other world title fights support the Gennady Golovkin vs Kell Brook main event this Saturday in England. IBF World bantamweight champion Lee Haskins (33-3) is putting his title on the line against Stuart Hall (20-4-2). Hall briefly held the IBF belt when he defeated Vusi Malinga in December of 2013. In June of 2014 he lost the belt to rival Paul Butler, and he lost a subsequent bid to regain the belt against Randy Caballero. Haskins is in the midst of a seven fight winning streak, and his last fight saw him turn the interim IBF trinket into the full world title belt with a twelve round unanimous decision victory over Ivan Morales. Haskins is coming in the favorite paying -340 in this one, with the 36 year old Hall returning at +280. The IBF World Flyweight belt is on the line in a 12 round bout scheduled between challenger Charlie Edwards (8-0) and champion John Riel Casimero (22-3). This fight has the most competitive line of the evening as Casimero is a -130 favorite, with Edwards paying back at +110. Casimero is coming all the way from the Philippines to face Edwards on his home turf. The 23 year old Edwards has been fast tracking his career, this being only his ninth professional fight. Edwards is looking to make an impact at the world level quickly and he feels he is more than ready for this challenge. Casimero won the belt from long time champion Amnat Ruenroeng in China and he has won fights on the road in Mexico, Panama, Argentina and Nicaragua before. The vacant British Super Featherweight title is up for grabs between Andy Townend (16-3) and Martin Joseph Ward (14-0-2). The current line sees the undefeated Ward a -400 favorite, with Townend paying back at +310. The rest of the card features 10 fights in all, and some of the other fights could potentially pop up at the books as we get further into fight week. Undefeated 122 pound prospect Kid Galahad (19-0) is on the undercard against a journeyman, and second generation fighter Conor Benn (3-0) takes the next step in his career. Experienced veteran Paul Smith (37-6) is still awaiting an opponent but is being announced on the card, as is WBC super middleweight Silver champion Callum Smith (20-0), who faces Norbert Nemesapati (21-3) in a 12-round title bout.
