MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 199 strawweight Jessica Penne as she prepares for her upcoming preliminary card bout tomorrow night (June 4, 2016) against Jessica Andrade at The Forum in Englewood, California.
The former title challenger now feel she’s acclimated to her new training camp and she expects to have a solid performance heading into her fight fight after the title shot:
“In the past I really focused too much on the opponents and what they’re gonna do and how to counter that and I feel like I’m learning at this point, it’s about me. It’s my fight. It’s not about them leading the dance. It’s about finding tendencies and planning around that to be aware of it but it’s my fight and I’m going to the gameplan that I want to do and it’s taken me a long time to really figure that out and I’ve been in the sport a long time and it’s funny that I’m just now realizing that.”
