Eddie Hearn and his Matchroom Boxing promotion are at Liverpool´s Echo Arena this Saturday with an eleven fight card topped by four bouts involving regional titles. It is those four regionl title fights you will find currently at the sport books. The main event sees Super Middleweight 12 round acyion for the European Super Middleweight title as Hadillah Mahoumadi (20-3-1) puts his belt on the line against undefeated 18-0 Callum Smith. Smith´s family is a boxing institution in Liverpool, and he enters the fight a huge -1600 favorite to go home with the title. His three brothers all box, with older brother Paul the most well known and Liam currently a world title holder. Mohoumadi is a big +1050 underdog. To his credit he went 12 rounds with Olympic Gold Medalist and world titlist James DeGale in england, so he knows what he is going to get on the road. The vacant WBC International title at Super Middleweight will be on the line between Rocky Fielding (21-1) and Christopher Rebrasse (24-4-3). Fielding enters the fight a -600 favorite, with Rebrasse returning back at +450. Fielding took his lone loss in his last outing, when he was stopped in round 1 by Callum Smith. A rematch is what the promoters want here. Rebrasse has a twelve round loss on his record to Smith as well, and he also went the distance with George Groves, so he is a tested veteran against top shelf British competition. British Lightweight Champion Scott Cardle (19-0) risks his belt in a twelve round bout against Sean Dodd (10-2). Cardle enters the fight a -290 favorite over Dodd, who is paying back +245. Dodd is from Merseyside while Cardle is a Londoner, so the regional British rivalries are in full effect. Cardle has six KO wins and Dodd just two , so you can be practically assured this one is going the distance. The last of the title fights sees the vacant WBC International title up for grabs between Tom Doran (16-0) and Luke Keeler (10-1). Doran is a -170 favorite , with Keeler coming back at +150 in the most competitive line of the evening. Keeler is from Ireland, and he really has a paper thin resume on paper. His last two opponents were a combined 14-31-5, and he has gone 1-1 against fighters with winning records.
