Hector Lombard moves back to the middleweight division  Following his loss to Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 85, Hector Lombard announced Sunday via his Instagram, that he is moving back to the middleweight division. The ATT product cited his heavy hands and the inability to use an IV to rehydrate was a major factor in his decision. “I asked my body to perform, but I got no reply,” Lombard wrote on Instagram. “When your body says no and stops functioning there is nothing you can do about it.” Lombard (31-2-1 NC) went 2-1-NC during his run in the UFC has a welterweight.  Prior to that he went on a successful run as a middleweight, holding the Bellator 185 strap for many years.   Report: Jason Saggo vs. Leandro Silva booked for UFC Fight Night 89  Lightweights Jason Saggo and Leandro Silva have been added to the UFC’s debut in Ottawa, Ontario according to a report from Combate. Saggo (11-2) is coming off an impressive first-round TKO victory over Justin Salas at UFC 196 earlier this month. He’s gone 2-1 in the UFC with his lone loss, a split decision to Paul Felder at UFC Fight Night 54. Silva (19-3) heads into this matchup off back-to-back wins over Lewis Gonzalez and Efrain Escudero. UFC Fight Night 89 takes place June 18 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Here’s an updated look at the card. MMAFighting.com reports that former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante was cut by the UFC along with Daniel Sarafian. Cavalcante (12-7, 1 NC) has lost four of his last five bouts including a decision loss to Ovince St Preux back on Feb. 6th. Sarafian (15-6) went 2-4 in the UFC and is coming off a head-kick knockout loss to Oluwale Bamgbose back on Feb. 21st. It was his third loss in his last four fights.
