If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are currently made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my parlay: Bantamweight bout: Davey Grant (-185) vs Marlon Vera (+160) Gabe’s Thoughts: Despite his extended layoff, I think Grant has the better chance of getting his hand raised against Vera in this 135-pound contest. I think this is an ideal stylistic match-up to get him his first win inside the Octagon, and in front of his fellow Brits, no less. At his current betting price of -185, I think he holds enough value for this two-way parlay for London’s UFC Fight Night 84. Gabe’s Call: Grant by Submission (rear naked choke, 1:31 round 1) Middleweight bout: Chris Dempsey (+290) vs Scott Askham (-350) Gabe’s Thoughts: Dempsey stepped up to 205-pounds to take on Jonathan Wilson in his last outing, where he lost via first round knockout. He now returns back to the middleweight division, where he takes on England’s own Askham, who is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Krzyzstof Jotko. I am personally not big on either of these 185-pounders but I think Askham is the better fighter of the two and is well deserving of his -350 betting line. In fact, I think he should be a -430 betting favorite here, so I see value in him at the current odds and think he is worth including as a leg in this two-way parlay. Gabe’s Call: Askham by T/KO (punches, 3:47 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Grant (-185) and Askham (-350) at +102 for 2.55u to win 2.5u
