MMAOddsBreaker.com’s Fight of the Month for July 2017 goes to UFC lightweights Danny Henry and Daniel Teymur at UFC Fight Night 113 on July 16th.
Henry and Teymur went to war to kick off the televised prelims for UFC Fight Night in Glasgow, with the latter dominating the first round and losing steam in the second. That’s when Henry started taking over, as he went on to get the better of Teymur in the second stanza and dominate him in the third and final round of action, ultimately taking home a unanimous-decision victory on the judges’ scorecards. It was a highly entertaining, back-and-forth mixed martial arts contest that had the Scottish crowd riled up. Fight fans are certainly looking forward to seeing both of these fighters back inside the Octagon, though it is likely that Teymur will drop down to the UFC’s featherweight division, with some even speculating that he will drop as far down as bantamweight. This was a very fun scrap and well deserving of July’s “Fight of the Month” here at MMAOddsBreaker. Congratulations, Danny Henry and Daniel Teymur!
