The action-packed 13 fight card will get going with the Fight Pass prelims at 3:30pm ET and the FOX Sports 1 prelims to follow at 5pm ET, with main card action getting underway at 8pm ET on FOX. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. My Fights to AVOID betting are: Welterweight bout: CB Dollaway (-360) vs Nate Marquardt (+300) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think this is a “dog or pass” situation and I cannot justify a play on the underdog Marquardt, considering I think he is done and should be retired at this point. It was sad to see him in his last fight and many hoped it would be his last, but he is back for one more. I think this is a fight he can win, but I won’t be able to get myself to pull the trigger on him. I see Dollaway getting his hand raised in this match-up, but there’s no chance I will lay that much juice on him. Dog or pass, and I pass, as I think this is a fight that should be avoided at the sportsbooks come Saturday night. Gabe’s Call: Dollaway by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) Gabe’s Recommended Play: AVOID Welterweight bout: Hayder Hassan (-120) vs Vicente Luque (+100) Gabe’s Thoughts: This is a tough fight for me to call. Both guys are fairly green, especially inside the Octagon, and I think this is a good fight to keep our wallets away from so we can just sit back, enjoy and learn more about these two. It’s an American Top Team vs Blackzilians match-up so there’s a lot riding on the line. Hassan possesses more power, but I think Luque is more well-rounded. I agree with the betting odds for this contest and do think it is a coin-flip situation, so I don’t see value on either side for a bet. Ultimately, this is a fight to avoid betting this weekend. Gabe’s Call: Luque by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) Gabe’s Recommended Play: AVOID
