UFC Will Release UFC on FX 7, UFC on FOX 6 Drug Tests Next Week Amid rumours of a failed drug test, UFC VP of Regulatory Affairs Marc Ratner today told Ariel Helwani that the UFC would release the full results of both the recent UFC on FX 7 and UFC on FOX 6 cards to the public. Rumours popped up overnight that someone from one of the two cards tested positive for something, and many have jumped the gun and speculated it was recent winner Vitor Belfort despite there being no evidence supporting that. Remember, as of this time this is a rumor and absolutely nothing else, and it’s possible that zero fighters tested positive, so keep that in mind before passing judgement. UFC Interested in Barnett During Dana White’s media scrum yesterday, the UFC president revealed that the UFC is considering bringing back Josh Barnett, who’s contract with Strikeforce is over and who is currently a free agent. White said that he wasn’t directly involved with the negotiations and that it was UFC matchmaker Joe Silva who was handling things. Barnett, the former UFC heavyweight champion, is ranked No. 9 in the MMA Fighter Rankings.
