The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to New Orleans, LA this Saturday night (June 6th, 2015) with UFC Fight Night 68: Henderson vs Boetsch. The 12-fight card will feature a six-fight main card to be live on FOX Sports 1 at 10pm ET, and preliminary action will precede it on the same channel at 8pm ET, with a pair of bouts streaming live prior to that on UFC Fight Pass at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any other plays for this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my two-way parlay for the preliminary card of UFC Fight Night 67 in New Orleans: Welterweight bout: Brian Ebersole (+115) vs Omari Akhmedov (-135) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think this will be an ugly, three rounds of action-less action where both 170-pounds attempt to pressure each other against the cage. If they both decide to strike, it could very well turn out to be an entertaining scrap, but I think Ebersole is going to try to grind this one out, and whether he is successful in getting his hand raised or not, I think he will at least find success in slowing down the fight and allowing it to end up in the hands of the judges at Octagon-side. Gabe’s Call: Ebersole by Split Decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) Bantamweight bout: Jose Quinonez (+160) vs Leonardo Morales (-185) Gabe’s Thoughts: Both fighters are coming off losses in this contest and are in dire need of a win, as a loss could mean receiving a pink slip from the cutthroat promotion. Morales is making the drop from featherweight down to the 135-pound division for this contest, and to put it simply, I think he is the superior fighter and one way or another will end up getting his hand raised. A finish would certainly not surprise me, but I am favoring him to get the better of Quinonez over the course of three rounds of action to pick up a unanimous 30-27 victory on the judges’ scorecards. Gabe’s Call: Morales by Unanimous Decision Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Ebersole/Akhmedov Over 2.5 rounds (-190) and Morales (-185) at +135 3u to win 4.05u
