To place a wager on these props, or any others for UFC Fight Night 60, you may do so at Several Bookmakerss. My prop plays for UFC Fight Night 60 in Colorado are: Weltereight bout: Benson Henderson (+145) vs Brandon Thatch (-155) Thatch Wins in Round One (+300) 1u to win 3u Thatch Wins in Round Two (+800) .5u to win 4u To put it simply, I expect Thatch to stop Henderson in under two rounds. If “Bendo” makes it out of the first, I think he will have taken a lot of damage and will feel somewhat defeated heading into the second, where he will likely be finished. I think Thatch will get it done in the first round, but if doesn’t play out that way, I think round two is also a good bet. Featherweight bout: Cole Miller (-365) vs Max Holloway (-410) Holloway Wins in Round Two (+425) .25u to win 1.16u Holloway Wins in Round Three (+1000) .4u to win 4u I favor Holloway to win this bout by way of T/KO and I see the stoppage coming in either round two or three. I think it ends in the third more often than it does in the second, which means I see more value in the third round prop at +1000 than I do in the round two prop at +425. That said, I think the +425 holds value, as well, so I like them both for plays. Featheweight bout: Chas Skelly (-220) vs Jim Alers (+200) Not Skelly Inside the Distance (-283) 1.41u to win .5u Alers by Decision (+320) .5u to win 1.6u Alers +3.5 (-140) 1.4u to win 1u Contrary to popular opinion, I like Alers’ chances of earning the upset here. I think this fight plays out for all three rounds of action much more often than not, where I favor Alers to get his hand raised slightly more often than not. However, in a losing scenario, I see him having done enough to have won a round in a 29-28 defeat. I think there is a decent chance that all three of these plays cash tonight, and the only they won’t is if Skelly manages to finish Alers. Even considering Skelly’s solid finishing ability and this fight being in high altitude Broomsfield, CO, I don’t see things playing out that way. Flyweight bout: Tim Elliott (-110) vs Zach Makovsky (+100) Elliott +3.5 (-265) 1.32u to win .5u I expect Elliott to get his hand raised in this match-up, either by finish or decision. However, should he suffer a loss, I think it will most likely come on the judges’ scorecards following three competitive rounds of action, and it would likely be a split call. I was also going to recommend a play on Elliott Inside the Distance at +518 but the price dropped to +326, and while I still thought about it, I ultimately decided to pass on that one.
