This will be Carneiro’s promotional debut and he will be making it in front of his fellow Brazilians in Brazil, and it is unknown how he will deal with Octagon jitters, or if he will experience an adrenaline dump. The Brazilian will certainly be looking to make an impression against the Finnish fighter, who is currently on a two fight skid with both losses coming via submission in the first round. With his back against the wall, Niinimaki will be looking to leave it all in the cage to pull out another win to save his UFC career. Will he find success with his superior grappling, or will his opponent get the better of him again and possibly submit him? As I said, numerous questions come to mind when I think about this match-up, and none of those questions have any answers, which means this is one fight that would serve best to stay away from at the sportsbooks.
