MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 40 welterweight Neil Magny as he prepares for his main card bout this Saturday (May 10, 2014) against Tim Means at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The lanky 170-pounder has the longest reach in the division by a landslide and he feels it will help him control everything about his upcoming bout against Means:
“Going into this fight, I have an advantage in the striking just because my reach is so much longer. Even a tall guy like Tim Means, I’ve got seven inches of reach on him. I’m able to control the distance, control the pace of the fight and control where it goes with my wrestling. I’m pretty much ready anything in this fight. Get in control early and push it from beginning to end. Whatever happens, whether it’s knockout or submission, it’ll be me in control of the fight from beginning to end.”
