1) Anthony Hernandez by Submission (+3000)
The biggest underdog winner from UFC 258, Anthony Hernandez survived an early scare against Rodolfo Vieira, and Vieira appeared to gas by the end of the first round. After rocking Vieira repeatedly on the feet at both the end of the first round and beginning of the second round, Hernandez jumped onto an arm-in guillotine and forced the undefeated ADCC champion grappler to tap out. Hernandez winning by submission was the clear prop of the night at +3000.
2) Kamaru Usman wins in Round Three (+1275)
Kamaru Usman typically defeats his opponents by decision, but that changed Saturday. After getting rocked by Gilbert Burns in the first round, Usman bounced back in a big way, hurting Burns twice in the second round, then finishing him via strikes early in the third. Usman’s third round finish was good for a sweet +1275.
3) Julian Marquez by Submission (+750)
Marquez was favored to defeat Maki Pitolo, but the most expected outcomes were by KO/TKO or decision. Instead, Marquez fell behind two rounds due to Pitolo’s improved wrestling and needed a finish, which he got late in the third round via D’Arce choke. Marquez by submission closed at a cool +750.
4) Polyana Viana wins in Round One (+650)
A three-fight losing streak caused many to doubt Polyana Viana, but she quickly latched onto a triangle choke, then converted it to an armbar to tap out Mallory Martin in the first round, her second straight armbar finish. Viana in round one paid +650.
5) Gabe Green by Decision (+325)
In a competitive fight against Phillip Rowe, the betting odds expected Gabe Green to end the fight via finish, but Rowe proved resilient, lasting all the way to the scorecards, where Green prevailed. Green by decision closed at +505.
