Invicta FC 25 Opening Betting Odds

Invicta FC 25 emanates from Tachi Palace this Thursday (August 31, 2017) at 8 p.m. (ET) live on UFC Fight Pass. The vacant bantamweight title left from Tonya Evinger signing with the UFC is up for grabs as Raquel Pa’aluhi battles Yana Kunitskaya.

Pa’aluhi (6-5) has won four of her last five fights, including a submission victory over Pannie Kianzad at Invicta FC 21 in January. The 26-year-old has fought the likes of Sara McMann, Amanda Nunes and Raquel Pennington. Kunitskaya (9-3) gets a third straight crack at the bantamweight title, as she fought to a “No Contest” with Evinger at Invicta FC 20 before losing again in the rematch by second-round submission at Invicta FC 22. The 27-year-old will be looking to avoid back-to-back losses for the first time in her career.

In the co-main event, Alexa Connors goes for her fifth straight win when she takes on Katharina Lehner. Connors (4-1) was slated to compete at LFA 17 last month, however, a medical issue related to her weight cut pulled her off from the card. Lehner (5-0) will be making her North American debut and competes for the first time since December where she earned a unanimous-decision win over Judith Ruis at Respect FC 18. The 27-year-old German fighter has won all of her fights by decision.
