Bantamweight standout Tom Duquesnoy announced on his Instagram account Thursday that he’s fighting Cody Stamann at UFC 217 on November 4th at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Duquesnoy (15-1) is coming off a successful UFC debut where he stopped Patrick Williams in the second round at UFC on FOX 24. The French fighter, who trains at Jackson-Winkeljohn, is currently riding a 10-fight win streak, including nine wins by stoppage. Meanwhile, Stamann (15-1) heads into this matchup on an eight-fight win streak, including a unanimous-decision victory over Terrion Ware at UFC 213 in July. The 27-year-old will be dropping back down to his natural weight class of 135 pounds.

TUF 20 rivals Joanne Calderwood vs. Bec Rawlings clash at UFC Fight Night 121 UFC officials annouced Thursday that Joanne Calderwood will move back up to flyweight to take on Bec Rawlings at UFC Fight Night UFC Fight Night 121 on November 19th in Sydney, Australia.
Calderwood (11-3) is in dire need of a victory after losing back-to-back fights against Jessica Andrade and Cynthia Calvillo. Interestingly enough, the last fight “Jojo” won was agianst Valérie Létourneau at UFC Fight Night 89, where she competed at flyweight. Rawlings (7-6) is also on a two-fight skid, suffering setbacks to Paige VanZant and most recently Tecia Torres at UFC Fight Night 104.
