The five-fight main card is set to kick off at 9 p.m. ET on Spike TV, with preliminary action preceding it on the promotion’s website at 6:45 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers. My Over/Under Totals are: Heavyweight bout: Sergei Kharitonov (-275) vs. Chase Gormley (+235) Gabe’s Thoughts: I favor Kharitonov to get his hand raised in this contest, however, I do not agree with the current betting odds. At these odds, I think we are looking at a “dog or pass” situation in which I think it is best to avoid playing the dog. That said, I do think the Total of Under 1.5 rounds at -150 holds some value here, as I think this fight ends early more often than not. Regardless of who gets his hand raised in this heavyweight showdown, I see the victor getting the job done by finish in under a round and a half more times than not. Gabe’s Call: Kharitonov by T/KO (punches, 3:02 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Play: Under 1.5 rounds (-150) Featherweight bout: Noad Lahat (-800) vs. Lloyd Carter (+550) Gabe’s Thoughts: More or less, I am in agreement with the betting odds for this featherweight contest and see this matchup as being a walk in the park for Lahat. I see him taking this fight to the mat early and securing a submission finish within the opening stanza. The grappling advantage for the Israeli is massive in this matchup, and I see him dominating the fight with it. I think he will manage to put Carter away within the first round and a half more often than not, so I like the Total of Under 1.5 rounds at -135. Gabe’s Call: Lahat by Submission (rear-naked choke, 3:24 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Play: Under 1.5 rounds (-135)
