Three-Way Parlay for UFC on FOX 15

beneil-dariushUFC on FOX 15 Date: April 18, 2015 Arena: Prudential Center City: Newark, NJ The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to New Jersey tonight with UFC on FOX 15, headlined by a five round middleweight contest between top contenders Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida and Luke Rockhold. The four-fight main card kicks off on FOX at 8pm, with preliminary action preceding it on the same channel at 6pm ET and UFC Fight Pass at 4:30pm prior to that. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any other plays for this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my three-way parlay for UFC on FOX 15: Middleweight bout: Chris Camozzi (+1000) vs Jacare Souza (-1500) Gabe’s Thoughts: I don’t expect this rematch to be any different than their initial bout. I think Jacare will try to get this one over with faster than the first time he finished Camozzi, which took less than four minutes. Souza outstruck the striker Camozzi the first time out before taking the fight to the mat, where he held a massive advantage. I think he will take the fight into his world even sooner this time around, and could even pull off the win within the first minute of action. The difference between their grappling is night and day; a very dark night and the brightest day of the year. Gabe’s Call: Souza by Submission (keylock, 1:13 round 1) Featherweight bout: Cub Swanson (-145) vs Max Holloway (+135) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think Holloway is banged up heading into this contest, as he was sort of forced into this fight right after his fight against Cole Miller. He was in a position where he really couldn’t have said no to the fight. God knows what kind of minor injures he sustained in that contest, or what minor lingering injuries he went into that fight with. It’s a slim chance he went in injury free and came out injury free and is still injury free after another training camp. If they were both healthy, I would slightly favor Swanson, but I think Swanson is in a lot better shape than Holloway in this contest, which makes me like him even more. I would have leaned Swanson but would have passed on betting the fight, however since I don’t think Holloway is anywhere close to 100%, I have to side with Swanson to return to the win column while simultaneously snapping the Hawaiian’s impressive five fight winning streak. Gabe’s Call: Swanson by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) Lightweight bout: Jim Miller (+170) vs Beneil Dariush (-200) Gabe’s Thoughts: In this “passing of the torch”match-up in the UFC’s 155-pound division, I think the rising propsect Dariush will get the better of the veteran Miller over the course of three rounds of action to pick up a unanimous decision victory on the scorecards, although a finish is equally likely. I could see Dariush pulling off a submission or even earning a T/KO stoppage. Gabe’s Call: Dariush by submission (rear naked choke, 3:46 round 2) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Camozzi/Souza Under 1.5 rounds (-220), Swanson (-145) and Dariush (-200) at +268 for 1.9u to win 5.1u
