UFC 184’s Tim Means: ‘I need to catch Dhiego Lima first and not let it get away’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 184 welterweight Tim Means about his upcoming preliminary card bout tonight (February 28, 2015) against Dhiego Lima at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

The powerful Arizona-native has hurt his last two opponents early but failed to put them away, and he’s not planning on letting history repeat itself tonight should he hurt Lima at any point:

“[Dhiego Lima] likes to bully. He likes to get in your face. He seems to have a little bit of everything on the ground, ground and pound, stand-up. I’m just gonna expect him to run into a firefight and I have to catch him first. Whatever I can hit him with at that given time, it’s just a matter of reacting… It’s hard to say exactly what’s gonna happen. I had opponents hurt in my last two fights and I let it get away. I let the momentum get away. This fight I don’t want that to happen. If he gets hurt, I want to shut him down.”
