Bellator 144 is just a couple days away (Friday, October 23, 2015) and it features a middleweight title bout between former champion Brandon Halsey and surging Brazilian Rafael Carvalho. Halsey is still undefeated, but was stripped of his title after missing weight for his planned title defense against Kendall Grove. Carvalho is 2-0 under the Bellator banner with victories over Brian Rogers and Joe Schilling and is currently on an 11-fight winning streak.
