Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC 225 prop bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Dan Ige by Knockout (+1035)

Dan Ige blitzed Mike Santiago early in their fight and beat him up with ground and pound to earn a TKO victory and pay out bettors the biggest prop cash of the night at +1035.

2) Tai Tuivasa by Decision (+775)

In what many thought would be an early stoppage, ended up going the distance as Tai Tuivasa earned the biggest win of his career in a closely contested fight with former UFC Champion Andrei Arlovski. Tuivasa by decision paid out a handsome +775.

3) Mike Jackson by Decision (+402)

In the opening fight on the PPV portion of the card, Mike Jackson was content to win as opposed to go for the finish earning a decision and a +402 winner for decision backers.

4) Chris de la Rocha by Knockout (+325)

After taking a lot of damage in the opening round, de la Rocha turned the tide in the second round eventually securing a TKO finish. The upset victory by knockout paid out at +325.

5) Sergio Pettis by Decision (+320)

In what may have been the biggest surprise of the night, Sergio Pettis got the best of Joseph Benavidez to win a decision and earn the biggest victory of his career and a +320 cash.
