Five Props that Cashed Big at UFC Fight Night 123

Five Props is a column featured on MMAOddsbreaker.com after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC Fight Night 123 prop bets that cashed big based on the closing odds at Several Bookmakers

1) Andre Soukhamthath by T/KO (+700)

After getting peppered throughout the first round, it was a surprise to all that Andre Soukhamthath landed a punch on the counter that floored Luke Sanders and give him his biggest career win. For those bettors who played the T/KO prop, they were rewarded with a +700 winner.

2) Marlon Moraes by T/KO (+545)

Marlon Moraes was a slight favorite in his top ten bantamweight clash with Aljamain Sterling. The fight was expected to go to a decision (-300), but instead Moraes was able to give Sterling his first ever loss by stoppage when he landed a flush knee that sent Sterling to the canvas. For bettors who believe Sterling would be knocked out for the first time, they received a +545 winner for their efforts.

3) Alejandro Perez by Decision (+318)

Tasked with his most difficult opponent to date, Alejandro Perez made the most of his opportunity outworking long time UFC veteran Iuri Alcantara to win a decision and to pay Perez decision backers on a +318 ticket.

4) Eryk Anders by Decision (+248)

Markus Perez wasn’t able to mount much offense in his bout with Eryk Anders, but he was tough enough to survive and force Anders to win the bout on the scorecards. Anders by decision paid out a handsome +248.

5) Alex Perez by Submission (+225)

Perez dominated his bout against Carls John de Tomas and secured a choke in the second round to earn a win in his UFC debut. A Perez submission ticket paid +225.

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $243,843.
