UFC Fight Night 120 Closing Odds and Betting Results

UFC Fight Night 120 took place Saturday, November 11, 2017 in Norfolk, Virginia. The card was headlined by a lightweight bout between former champion Anthony Pettis and Dustin Poirier.

Matt Brown landed a hellacious elbow that floored Diego Sanchez in the first round to win by stoppage. Brown closed -350. Sanchez closed +290.

Cezar Ferreira secured a takedown in round three, controlling position for the majority of the round to win a split decision on the scorecards against Nate Marquardt. Ferreira closed -265 with the return on Marquardt +225.

Raphael Assuncao put in a diverse striking performance before flooring Matthew Lopez in the third round along the cage to earn a knockout victory. Assuncao closed -370 while Lopez closed +310.

Clay Guida earned his first knockout victory in over nine years as he put away Joe Lauzon in just over a minute in the first round of their lightweight contest. Guida closed -125. Lauzon closed +105.

Tatiana Suarez absolutely dominated her opponent Viviane Pereira to win every round in route to a decision victory in a battle of unbeaten fighters. Suarez closed -285 with the return on Pereira +243.

Sage Northcutt controlled his bout with Michel Quinones from start to finish winning all three rounds to get back in the win column at UFN 120. Northcutt closed -190 while Quinones closed +165.

In a close fight halfway through the third round, Sean Strickland landed a takedown and scored with effective ground and pound against Court McGee to win by unanimous decision. Strickland closed -290. McGee closed +245.

Karl Roberson impressed in his UFC debut securing an early takedown and then dominating Darren Stewart on the mat to win by first round submission. Roberson closed -225 while Stewart closed +185.

Underdogs that Won

Andrei Arlovski out worked relative newcomer Junior Albini to out strike him in the final two rounds to win a decision to end a five fight losing streak. Arlovski closed +260 with the return on Albini -320.

In a fight that could have gone either way, Marlon Moraes got the nod on two of three scorecards to earn a split decision win over John Dodson. Moraes closed +105. Dodson closed -125.

Nina Ansaroff out worked Angela Hill employing a kick heavy game plan to win two of the three rounds to earn a decision win and get the biggest win of her career. Ansaroff closed +150 while Hill closed -170.

Jake Collier employed a volume heavy game plan out landing Marcel Fortuna in all three rounds to win a unanimous decision. Collier closed +215 with the return on Fortuna -255.

Pickem Fighters that Won

In one of the more exciting fights of the year, Dustin Poirier had Anthony Pettis cut in multiple places, but it took him until round three to get the stoppage. Both Pettis and Poirier closed -110.
