MMA Odds and Ends for Friday: Tim Means now faces Belal Muhammad at UFC Fight Night 121

UFC officials announced that Tim Means will now face Belal Muhammad at UFC Fight Night 121 on Nov. 18 at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

Means (27-8-1) replaces Jesse Taylor who allegedly failed a USADA drug test, competes for the third time this year. “The Dirty Bird” is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Alex Garcia at UFC Fight Night 112 in June. Muhammad (12-2) has won three of his last four fights including a unanimous decision win against Jordan Mein at UFC 213. The former Titan FC welterweight champion has gone 3-2 in the UFC. Myles Jury vs. Rick Glenn slated for UFC 219 in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Myles Jury will fight Rick Glenn at UFC 219 in Las Vegas on Dec. 30 at T-Mobile Arena.

Jury (16-2) is coming off an impressive first-round TKO win over Mike De La Torre at UFC 210 in Buffalo. The win snapped the 28-year-old’s two-fight losing streak. Glenn (20-4-1) is coming off a dominating win over Gavin Tucker at UFC 215 in September. The win pushed the former WSOF champions UFC record to 2-1. Here’s an updated look at the card.
