I think the prop plays that carry the most value are Miocic/JDS Goes to Decision (+250) and Maia by Decision (+390). I’m not confident either will cash, as the heavyweight title fight could end in late T/KO, and Maia could end up submitting Masvidal. However, I do see good value in these betting lines and think they are worth playing.

Yes. I think Jessica Andrade dethrones Joanna, and I think Dos Santos has a good chance of getting the heavyweight title back from Miocic. I could see both Brazilians leaving as champions on Saturday night, but Andrade is the one I am confident in.
