Overall from a betting perspective, three favorites were victorious while only one underdog won based on the closing odds at Several Bookmakers. Here’s a quick recap for each fight… Favorites That Won In the main event, Invicta FC champion Tonya Evinger successfully defended her bantamweight title in a rematch against Yana Kunitskaya. After starting off slow in the first round, the 35-year-old sunk in a rear-naked choke for the win. Evinger improves to 19-6-1 in her career and pulls it off as a -190 favorite while Kunitskaya can’t get it done as a +150 underdog. In a strawweight affair, Livia Renata Souza earned an impressive first-round knockout victory over Ayaka Hamasaki. Souza improves to 10-1 while cashing as a -245 favorite. Hamasaki drops to 14-2 and suffers a setback as the +175 underdog. Jodie Esquibel got back in the win column as she defeated Deanna Bennett by split decision. The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 participant got the better of exchanges and came through as a -140 favorite. Bennett comes up short as a +100 underdog. Underdogs That Won In an atomweight bout, Ashley “Smashley” Cummins earned her second straight win as she took home a unanimous decision against Amber Brown. After a close first round, the 29-year-old took over and dominated the remainder of the matchup. Cummins cashed as a +200 underdog while Brown disappointed as the -280 favorite.
